You can best address this with GARR, your national roaming operator (NRO); they can send you an invite from CAT to link your account again,

I'm not in charge of our idp. Is there some guide or some
troubleshooting tools to try to fix the problem I can forward to my
colleagues? Or shall I contact directly somebody at cat.eduroam.org?
