Hello,
Our Eduroam refuses to accept users with Samsung Galaxy S20 (and similar) with updated Android 11. It is not an issue of installing the certificate on the device, that works with the GetEduroam Beta or manual certificate installation. But on connection to the wifi, we get an “authentication error” or wrong username error. It looks like the Samsung device is doing something different in this new software version, that broke the user authentication process, but we are unable to debug the phone.
We are using PEAP with MSCHAPV2. Any suggestion would be appreciated.
