On the login page there is a "get a remind/recall from the identity provider" functionnality.

If I send my email it displays "your Idp is eduGAIN - IdP: "

Nothing more.

This is a long shot, but could it be that you have previously logged in
with a different IdP?

On the login page there is this "Remind my IdP" functionality, you might
give it a try.
