It is possible tu use the silent install with the /S switch. The user is not prompted for username and password, this will happen during the first connection. Unfortunately if the root certificate needs to be installed then there will be a prompt of confirmation if, however this prompt will not appear if the root is already present in the system (for instance was installed before by other means or is one of the standard commercial CAs).
