Greetings,

I am from Wilfrid Laurier University.  When using the CAT tool in our environment we have been getting the following error during installation:

could not install certificate cert-1.crt

We click Ok and the installation continues.  After it’s complete, we are able to connect to eduroam as expected.  Is it possible to resolve this error?  Are there places we can look at logs?  I’m not sure what certificate it’s failing to install?  This occurs with both administrative and normal users.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you,

Janet
