Hello Terry,

the eduroam CAT tool is useful for an eduroam deployment, but it is not a prerequisite or requirement.

It helps end users configure their device correctly - but there are other tools doing that, too, and it can also be done manually.

So when you write you have connectivity issues then that is most certainly not due to not being listed in CAT.

I'm afraid you have to reach out to your eduroam National Roaming Operator for help with your connectivity issues. In the U.K., that would be Jisc. Of course, while you are talking to them you could also inquire about eduroam CAT access. But please keep "eduroam as such" and "eduroam CAT" separate in your mind nontheless.

If the (ICR) ir Institute of Cancer Research is not on the list, what are the steps for registering us (although I’m sure this was already done as we’ve had Eduroam access from our 3 sites for a number of years?
