Hi,

I'm an abroad student from UAB. With my old laptop I didnt't have any problem using eduroam. I have a new computer and the application deosn't work, I download the application from the official site but nothing has been installed, it just saying, at the end of the download that the connection profile are installed, but --i cant find nothing installed on the laptop, and when I try to connect with my credentials it doesn't work, Please I need help I really don't know what to do.
