In order to translate CAT, you have to create an account at our
translation tool website https://www.transifex.com

Please let me know your username in Transifex and I will set up your
account for the Russion translation effort.

(There is already one person in that translation team, but it is dormant
for a long while. Once you are "in" you may want to get in touch with
that person to check the status)

Please subscribe to both address@concealed and
address@concealed to keep in the loop.
