Is this what you mean: You browse for and select the file, and then it
goes back to saying "No file chosen."

If that's the case - this is actually expected! The file is imported
completely silently, it doesn't even indicate that you successfully
selected it.

Once you browse to the file, just go to the Wi-Fi settings and try to
connect. It worked for me.

Unfortunately Google's interface for importing the file is just
terrible. But it does work.
