Hello,

there is no image attached to your mail.

Typically, this error message is not fatal: rather than storing your
username and password immediately during installation time - which
failed - the computer will ask you for username and password the first
time you actually connect to the network.

So, after the installation, please click manually on the eduroam network
and supply your username and password at that occasion.
