It also has a FLOSS open source license and source code on GitHub, with
editable translations on Transifex. Just saying.

Every eduroam Identity Provider is free to use other onboarding systems
if they want to; or to provide their users with step-by-step manual
installation instructions.

You will need to contact your institution's IT helpdesk to hear about
the options you have.
