You are trying to log in to a deep link. This would usually work, but I
suggest you try the general admin page instead:

https://cat.eduroam.org/admin/

and look at the list of institutions you manage.

Chances are that the list is empty - in which case you probably have
logged in using a different account or different Identity Provider.

In fact, looking at the web server logs, I indeed see that the deep link
is raising an Exception due to an unauthorised attempt to access that
IdP, which further reinforces the suspicion that you are not using the
same LinkedIn identity.

The Exception doesn't suggest that you are indeed using LinkedIn at all;
it looks like you are attempting to log in with an eduGAIN identifier.
