You can pass the word about the format of the username by setting an
option on "Installer Fine-Tuning and Download" -> "EAP-Type specific
option" -> "Extra text on downloadpage for EAP method".

That way, the text is displayed after clicking the OS-specific download
button, and the user needs to click an extra "Continue" button. I.e. the
user is more or less forced to read it.

Changing the text *inside* the Windows installer is not currently supported.
