You need to get an invitation from your eduroam National Roaming
Operator (NRO). In Nigeria, this is NgREN.

Strangely enough, one of your colleagues from @eko-konnect.org.ng is
listed as authorised NRO personnel for NgREN.

So, please pass the word to your colleague that the NRO operators should
request NRO-level privileges in the eduroam Operations Support System:

and after getting those, use CAT to send you an invite:
