   The problem reported on the list was about "high" characters causing
problems. That problem had been fixed a long time ago.

The ampersand problem is unrelated to the previous one. I have tested a
fix and it seems to work, so the next CAT 2.0.1 should be free from
thios problem.

At the moment the fall-back to the Windows credentials prompt does allow
people to get connected.
