The mailing list for users of the eduroam Configuration Assistant Tool (CAT)

 Hi there,

Since Saturday (2nd Feb.) we are facing CAT installer download problems.
(One of our users, Dávid Félegyházi reported it, so this might began
earlier.)

A few tries showed that the problem exists when all the following are
true:

1. https://cat.eduroam.org/ is displayed in Hungarian (using Chrome on
   an Android phone set to Hungarian, or using a Hungarian language
   Firefox/Explorer on Hungarian or English Windows 7/8.x/10)

2. The CAT installer is for Windows or for Apple.

3. The profile is https://cat.eduroam.org/?idp=168&profile=2342

If we change any of the above, then download works.

In the problematic cases the gray background line "Your download will
start shortly. In case of problems with the automatic download please
use this direct link." does not appear in the middle of the page, and
shortly an error message is displayed in a pop-up window: "Probléma
lépett fel. A telepítő csomagot nem lehetett elkészíteni. A rendszer
adminisztrátorait értesítettük. A hibát a lehető leggyorsabban
igyekszünk elhárítani." (Which means something like "A problem occured.
The installer could not be created. The system administrators have been
notified. We try to fix this as soon as possible.")

Please let me know if I should try anything to fix this, or if I can
gather any more helpful information.
