If it has always worked and stopped all of a sudden, only for you, and
nobody else, then this strongly suggests you have an issue with your
account. If you do, no amount of fiddling with your configuration will
help you.

The only way to fix this is by talking to the ones who issued your
account (typically, your university's IT department/helpdesk).
