Attempting to use QR codes for documentation for our users, it seems that while separate QR codes are generated for the identity provider download area, and for each profile, devices reading any of those QR codes open the download page asking the user to select a group (profile); specifically the profile-specific QR codes open the same identity provider download area rather than the page to download the correct profile.
The QR codes are visually distinct and a dedicated QR reader grabs the full URL with profile, BUT like this:
https://cat.eduroam.org/?idp=2487&profile="4304
(i.e., replacing "&" with "&")

Have I mis-configured something?
Have I encountered a bug?
Is there a workaround?
