We investigated the possibility of a Windows Store app a really long
time ago when S was new. To the best of our knowledge, Store apps have
no access to the APIs that are needed to manipulate Wi-Fi configuration
and so there is no possibility to write such an app.
Then again, I don't know what "Desktop Bridge" is.
To be honest my interested in Windows 10 S sunk to near-zero when I
learned that Microsoft has basically given up on it and offers a free
way out for the pitiful souls who were initially subjected to it.

Well, yes, that switch would be our usual advice. If that's not
possible, I'm afraid we don't have another option for you :-(

Stefan Winter
