When you select an institution, there is no such thing as a forward to a
website.

The app should instead fetch the list of profiles directly in the app,
and you can then tap on the profile you want.

We currently have a new app in beta and plan to release it out of beta
latest next week Friday. I believe there might be a fix in there for a
problem we saw earlier.

You can workaround this yourself possibly: the problem was when an
institution had multiple profiles *but it did not have a IdP logo
configured*.

So, you could add a logo to your institution and see if that solves the
problem.

Exactly, they are all configured as institutions with *one* profile. And
that point, for the bug I have in mind it doesn't matter if they have a
logo or not (and they don't).

Please try the logo and let us know how that works.
