Hello,

posting {"ACTION":"ADMIN-ADD"} to the admin API on cat.eduroam.org currently
throws an http 500 error without any other elaboration.

I'm not sure what the semantics are exactly for ATTRIB-ADMINID parameter
(compared to NEWINST_PRIMARYADMIN before CAT 2.0), but whatever string is
used as a VALUE does not make any difference. The presence of TARGETMAIL
parameter in the request also makes no difference. Ditto for sending
ATTRIB-CAT-INSTID parameter VALUE as string (it should be a number, but no
input validation error is returned).

Please advise.
