Do you have an account at that organisation, or do you have an eduroam
account elsewhere and are merely visiting this one?

If you are visiting, it is NOT necessary to download that organisation's
installer. You can keep using your account from your home organisation.

If you do have an account, please contact your IT service for connection
instructions. eduroam participants are free to make use of the CAT or
not; they may simply have chosen not to use that tool and have an
alternate way of provisioning Wi-Fi settings.

If your device was set up and working correctly before, this is hinting
towards a problem at the particular hotspot. Contacting the IT service
desk is a good place to start; this mailing list is not as it only deals
with account provisioning.
