Hi,

 I expect that the message does come from the CAT installer. The
installer checks if standard Windows wireless service is running. If it
is not then it just exits. Typically the wireless service is stopped by
third party software which also contains its own approach to WPA2
authentication. CAT cannot deal with third party software. If such
software is used then you must refer to the manual to find out how
eduroam access should be configured.
