Hello Mr. Marketos,

please be advised this is an English-speaking mailing list aimed at helping 
users of eduroam
Configuration Assistant Tool (CAT).

You wrote that on a computer running Windows 7 you see an icon which prompts 
that "Windows wireless
service is deactivated" and it does not let you install eduroam VPN.

Can you clarify whether the problem you are facing occurs while running an 
installer provided
through eduroam CAT? The latter installs Wi-Fi settings and other artifacts 
necessary for
connecting to eduroam, but it has nothing to do with VPN.
