We have two of those :-)

Are you speaking about the one that comes up when you try to log in as
an administrator? I see the same, my typical seach pattern is "REST" and
that yields an incredible number of hits which have nothing like that in
their name.

Since that WAYF is not part of CAT but the general eduroam SP Proxy
authentication service, I can make our colleagues investigate that, if
you confirm that this is the issue you mean.

If you are talking about the end-user institution search function, that
one is typically accurate for me. Please confirm that this is not the
one you mean?
