Hello,

when logging in to manage CAT profiles I have issues with the
incremental search function of th WAYF/Discovery service.

The display name of our IDP is set to "Institut für Deutsche Sprache
(IDS)", however when I type in "IDS" in the Incremental Search box, the
result list is not really narrowed down, but several 100 unrelated IDPs
are shown.
When I type "Institut fü" or "Sprache", I get the expected result.

I randomly picked "Business Academy SouthWest (EASV)" as test case and
it yields similar results. When typing "EASV" unrelated IDPs are shown,
e.g. "Aleksandras Stulginskis University" or "Athena - Research and
Innovation Center".

Tested Browsers: Firefox 62.0.3 and Chromium 69.0.3497, both on Windows 10.
