Hi,

One of the changes in 2.0 is that EAP details aren't configurable
globally any more. They are now exclusively set on the profile level.
The database conversion on yesterday's upgrade moved the IdP-global
settings to each profile, unless the profile overrode(?) the global
settings previously anyway.

For all the rest, indeed, having multiple profiles in one IdP is not a
problem at all and a supported feature since 1.0.
