Hi,

yes, that's the CAT 1.1 installer: bash, with embedded python, which
misses a shebang probably.

Alexandre: there will be an upgrade to CAT 2.0 on or around 01 Oct.
Please try the new installer once the upgrade is done. It's easy to see
when: the UI is very different, a lot more "modern".
