Dear colleagues,

I just tried to run the Linux eduroam CAT on my laptop (OS : Ubuntu 16.04) and I encountered some problem.
Indeed, the execution of the script crashed by the end, maybe around line 456 (see attachments). It seems that the problem comes from the fact my default Python interpreter is Python-Anaconda instead of the built-in Python and some dependencies are not satisfied.
In spite of this crash, the file ca.pem has been generated and I could use the file ~/.cat_installer/cat_installer.conf to finish the configuration "by hands" with network-manager.

At this point, I am not sure if the configuration is ok, even if it seems to work. Here is a screenshot of my new configuration of eduroam wi-fi access (in french).

I think that adding some information about Python on eduroam CAT website can be useful for Linux users in the case where they encounter such difficulty to finish the configuration of eduroam.

Best regards,

Alexandre MOUTON
