Apologies if neither address is suitable for this query. If this is the case, if you can direct me to the suitable contact, that would be a great help.

 

I’m contacting you from the End User Computing Team at University of Bristol, from where I manage software deployments on our macOS devices. I have recently been granted administrator access to our organizational portal on https://cat.eduroam.org/admin, and have been testing the 802.1x Eduroam profiles that are provided there.

 

I have tested the wireless-only profile successfully. However, at present, the profile that provides configuration of user authenticated wired and wireless Eduroam access is not working fully. Wireless configuration is successful, but wired is not. For reference, the filename for this profile is ‘eduroam-OS_X-UoB-eduroam.mobileconfig`.

 

After some testing, I have determined the settings within this .mobileconfig profile that must be changed in order to allow both wired and wireless configuration to succeed. Is it possible to have this profile modified as per these settings, re-signed, and re-uploaded to the portal? If so, I can provide the payload settings that should be modified.
