if they were already using eduroam and were correctly configured, it should just work. if they use eduroam at their home site but its not working at yours then i would suspect that they are locally allowing users to auth with no realm defined....and thus its broken for them

whether an institution is listed in eduroamCAT depends on the institution themselves (and whether the NRO/NREN is part of the process). eduroamCAT don't just add sites to the system - it's all participant driven
