We also get Albania at the top of the list from Canada.

For me it doesn’t make a difference if the phone is on 4G or WIFI or if the browser is allowed access to location or not.

Hi,

We have had a similar issue today.

A user was suggested being in Albania, despite he is in Denmark.

The difference between his devices was that the phone (android 8) was on 4G and the computer was on wired.

It can be mobile operator depended dues to ip geo location?

Br,

Thomas

Hi everyone.

This was reported to us by one of our institutions yesterday. Using various browsers on Android or Apple mobile devices to go to cat.eduroam.org results in having to pick from the global list of countries, institutions, etc. where as using a browser on a laptop (Apple or Windows) gets me directly to nearby institutions. Is this a know issue? Apparently this used to work until recently although I can’t verify this personally.

Thanks,
