I have a few problems parsing your mail.

Also, you post from a ".co.uk" address. Are you actually working for an
educational institution, which is member of the eduroam consortium?

You used a set of CAT installers in the past?

Then ... you changed the installers? They changed all on their own? Or what?

And now the installers don't work any more?

My first guess is: if you changed something, change it back.

If you didn't change anything: maybe the login fails because a
certificate expired? Our changes to the installers over time were very
modest, and we haven't heard of breakages yet.

Which educational institution is your request about anyway?

Well, yes. It's the purpose of CAT to do that for you.
