Hello,

 

I’m trying to manage my organisations CAT tool but I don’t seem to have access. I need a token to be able to administer Coventry University. I did previously have access so I’m not sure why this has now been taken away.

 

I’m looking at the documentation and it just says contact the National Administrator, but it doesn’t offer any advice on where to find that information.

 

Can you please assist?
