hi,

think you'll first need to talk to eduroam operations team
(eduroam-ot) as one of the parts is to publish your eduroam
information into the eduroam database - once thats present
then the CAT front end will be operating (you'll get federation admin
access and then can start to invite site admins to manage their
institutions (pulled from the database) ).
