I'm sorry to have to say that, but your local IT support must be very
confused.

The outputs below are apparently from an installation program by the
company SecureW2. And apparently that SecureW2 installer does not work.

We are not SecureW2, and do not provide any support for SecureW2 products.

So I have no idea why your IT support thinks they should send you to us.

FWIW, the Linux installers our own product produces (we're "eduroam
Configuration Assistant Tool", eduroam CAT) usually do work just fine on
Linux.
