Good morning,

I have a user that is trying to connect to Eduroam using the latest version of the Windows 7 Eduroam CAT tool. When he puts in his username and current credentials he gets “Credentials Installation Problem” and the computer does not connect to the Eduroam wireless network.

I have installed the same installer on other users’ Windows 7 machines today without issue and have tried to remove the wireless network (from the Network and Sharing Centre) and have also deleted all traces of the Eduroam network from the registry before trying again (but to no avail).

We are members of the Natural Environment Research Council and are using the relevant installer for this organisation that was downloaded from the Eduroam CAT website today.

Any ideas what may be causing this to happen?

Thanks,
