Hi,

 

I have tried to run the program as administrator, but that did not solve the problem.

 

I am not denying windows any permissions either (at least I don’t think that I do).

 

For now I have convinced the university that I am visiting to give me a cabled connected. I will try to ask the IT department at my university about the problem when I get home in three month.

In principle admin permissions are not required. The certificate is installed in the user not machine store, this should be available also to a user without admin rights.

Are you running the installer from the administrator account? 

Could be a permission problem you are encountering.

When I try to install the eduroam configuration assistant tool, I get the error “could not install certificate cert-0.crt” (see screen dump). This also means that I can’t connect to eduroam. Any suggestions to how I can solve this problem?
