Hi,
looks like Tokyo Institute of Technology have not created and/or published
eduroam CAT installers available for its users. That's why it doesn't appear
on the list of CAT institutions.
I suggest you to ask configuration help from the local IT support. If they
are not using eduroam CAT, they should have instructions for the manual
configuration at least.
And maybe it would be great idea to tell them about eduroam CAT by giving the
following link:
