Did you get the eduroam companion app yet? You’ll have to get that first to use the CAT configuration. I see that this is not clearly documented at https://uwaterloo.ca/information-systems-technology/services/eduroam/connecting-eduroam-wireless-network so you may want to contact the helpdesk (helpdesk AT uwaterloo.ca ) and have them update the page.

Dear Sir/Madam

 

I have issue logging into the university of Waterloo eduroam connection from my phone. My phone runs the latest android software 8.0. I downloaded the configuration tool but still no luck. I manually searched for a configuration but I got an error saying error in reading the file so I couldn't install it. Could you assist me please?
