Hi,
  it seems that something went wrong at the installer generation or
signing. The downloaded exe was evidently broken. I have deleted the
cached file on the server and downloaded again. This caused the file to
be generated again. This time everything seems to work fine.
A problem like this has never been reported before. This particular
issue is now fixed.
