We occasionally get hit by heuristics. This does not indicate a problem
with the installer; it's just a hyperactive virus scanner.
AV vendors typically create a whitelist entry for installers when one
submits the sample to them. I believe Norton "usually" knows about our
installers meanwhile, but if you want to be extra sure, please upload
the file to their whitelisting mechanism (sorry, no details at hand).
