Dear sir/madam,
My name is Saïd el Khouani, I’m working at the helpdesk for the University Utrecht. One of our students reported a problem with the eduroam CAT-app. She was using android 7.0 and your app was the only way to connect to Eduroam when she was in another country. After updating het phone-software (still android 7.0) she can’t connect to her network anymore. She keeps getting a ‘disconnected from SSID’-message (see screenshot). Could you tell us if there are more problems with the new android-update (she seems to have this error-message after updating) and if/when it will be possible to connect again?
