Hi,
  following information from the CAT users and also results of our own
tests we now know that Windows 10 Creators Update managed to break down
the system EAP-TTLS support. We have reacted to this by preparing an
update to CAT, which will install the newest version of the GEANTLink
library (an updated version of what is now used on Windows 7).

The new version is NOT in production yet. This is a request for testers.

The GEANTLink library will be used only on Windows 10 (Windows 8 and 8.1
are left with the built-in system support) and only if EAP-TTLS is
required. Therefore GEANTLink will only be used if a given institution
profile settings give TTLS a priority over other EAP methods.

Installing a new EAP method with GEANTLink requires admin privileges on
the machine,.

https://cat-test.eduroam.org/RC/  contains the update candidate. This
instance runs a fairly recent copy of the production database, so you
should be able to find your institution there. Please report any
problems either to the list or directly to me.

Please do not use the installers from cat-test for production, they are
for testing only.
