Probably you have a previous installation of eduroam Wi-Fi settings on
your device which were created manually. The app is then not allowed to
overwrite them.

You first need to delete the Wi-Fi settings for eduroam manually in
Settings -> Wi-Fi and then you can use the app to install the settings
properly.
