Hi all,

We're planning to upgrade eduGAIN SP authentication proxy today during the
period from 11:00 to 11:30 h. Upgrade process could cause temporary
unavailability of SP proxy service. After the upgrade, among other things SP
proxy should be able to properly handle XML encoded value of an attribute
"urn:oid:1.3.6.1.4.1.5923.1.1.1.10" (eduPersonTargetedID).
