Hi,

I'm sorry to say that we haven't accomplished any progress regarding 
this issue. Your IdP metadata appears to be correct, but even the most 
detailed log level at our side doesn't provide any additional 
information about this problem.
I have thouroughly examined our SP logs, your IdP is the only one which 
causes error message:

"Caused by: Exception: Key used to sign the message was not an X509 
certificate."

and even mighty Google returns 0 results for this message so I'm afraid 
there's not much we can do except suggesting that you upgrade your IdP 
to support SAML 2.0.
