Hi Alan,

 

Unfortunately Tim Lucas has switched roles within Birmingham City University, although he is still available for support he is now our Security Manager. He’s off for the next two weeks.

 

I've logged onto the CAT tool but I'm not entirely familiar with where I need to enable the ‘Production Ready’ option.

 

Can you guide me from the below screenshot?

you need to create an eduroamCAT profile to be listed - its an entirely seperate ecosystem.  your eduroam admin needs to follow the guidance here:

however, an invite to the system has already been sent...and used, Tim logged in , the profile is complete..... it just needs 'Production Ready'

to be enabled as a new option on the EAP profile.....then users will see it in the selection list! :)
