Ah okay, well I recently joined SingAREN as the replacement technical specialist last year in July. The federation operator details have not been updated since.

What would be needed to prove that I am the replacement federation operator for eduroam SG?

It's not a problem: besides eduGAIN, we also have authentication sources
such as Google and LinkedIn with which you (and your institution admins)
can also authenticate.
