The mailing list for users of the eduroam Configuration Assistant Tool (CAT)

Hi again

I do not have the button on our sites main configuration page - all I'm seeing is the following message:   

The eduroam UK administrator for this organisation has already requested an invite (please be patient, it is currently a manual process)  

Could you let me know when this request was made?  If it is a legacy request then we will need to start this process again as the previous technicians looking after this system have left the organisation.

Hello

 

I'm looking to create a profile and eduroam installer for our institution (Canterbury College) but I don't seem to have the right access on the administrator page - I also do not seem to be registered to an institution.

 

The college I work for is Canterbury College, New Dover Road, Canterbury, Kent, UK.  We have been part of the eduroam network for approximately 5 years.

 

Could you please advise on the steps required to gain the right level of access please?
